Nuclear weapons obsoleted hot war between developed countries. Conflict and struggle between western nations transformed from middle class and working class white boys murdering each other on behalf of freak oligarchs and aristocrats, to freak oligarchs and aristocrats taking over western institutions and governments so they could wage war via business and laws on working class and middle class people.
