Cell Phones/Big Data Versus Immune Systems

The technocrats think big data and cell phones are better than the human immune system and seem to want to take over the world, because there's apparently a fixed supply of hospital beds. I can't believe people will just uncritically accept this shit.

Great Recap of Swine flu Hysteria

I didn't pay an iota of attention to the swine flu pandemic. The video shows how similar the media hype was to Covid-19.

On the Ground Covid-19 Reporting in NYC

There are a few reporters walking around NYC and looking at hospitals to see what's going on. According to the stats and the media hype, it should look like a war zone, but it actually looks quite placid. Generally, they can't find any hospital staff to talk to them, but that's understandable--nobody with such a job wants to end up in a viral video and get fired.

Here's one video:

"Build Your Ark" Again

I wrote a post last July about the scenario we're currently living through. Our reliance on systems is our biggest weakness. We're all really vulnerable because the system is actually owned and "managed" by criminals. They, too, depend on the system, though, so it's a sort of stalemate, balanced tension.

The way out is relatively simple--stop investing in national and multi-national companies, and keep your money at home. That also means stop buying imported and mega-corporation made stuff as much as possible.

It seems pretty likely to me that nobody will be doing the jobs and living the life they are today by next year, and certainly not in five years. I think the US information/financial economy is going to implode... which sucks for me professionally, but at least I'm somewhat prepared for this mess.

Anyway, get to know your neighbors, get organized in your own house and among your own family and get ready to batten down the hatches, and probably fight. I can hardly believe I'm writing that, and have mostly steered clear of the fear porn, doom porn on my blog since I started posting, but here we are!

Media Driven Hysteria and Deliberate Propaganda

The UK and US medical establishment both downgraded the seriousness of Covid-19 to just the flu, however, the hysteria continues to run wild. Contextless infection and mortality numbers in places like New York City, Chicago, and Detroit provide ammunition for panic-mongers in the media. Anecdotal tragedy stories about young people who died are plastered all over the Internet, while the thousands of people who felt lousy for a few days, then recovered on their own are nowhere to be found.

Deliberately crafted propaganda stories circulate via social media. One such story is "millions of cell phone accounts closed" in china. Another one is thousands of funerary urns arrive in Wuhan. I think both stories come from the same group of people. They're meant to suggest that the numbers of people who died in China is vastly under-reported--so the disease is more serious than reported, the Chinese government are liars, and don't care about their people. I think that stuff is all basically anti-China propaganda.

I notice there's a weird discrepancy of infection numbers among the different regions in the US, like Cleveland and Detroit--similar demographics, climate, and population distribution. Cleveland has a few hundred cases, where Detroit is in the thousands already.

I have to give props to Elon Musk who was a skeptic from day one. I thought he was being setup as a dramatic character, but I think he actually spoke his mind, and was probably right.

Anyway, the daffodils are blooming here today after a couple of days of very warm spring rains. I think all this hysteria is going to be forgotten in a week or two. People are already pretty tired of the panic-mongering. Life goes on and will just flow around the nonsense of politicians and media hacks.

Theater of the Absurd In Ohio

The death rate of the 'rona is supposedly on par with the flu, and in my home county there are supposedly 5 confirmed cases, but some stores are resorting to extreme measures to protect their workers and the public, which I guess is commendable in a response to the hysteria of the past couple of weeks. The more corporate the store, the more ridiculous the response is. For example, some stores put up plexiglass barriers in front of cashiers, and some stores have areas cordoned off to keep people a magic "6 feet apart". Of course it's "6".

The smaller mom and pop stores are basically normal, with maybe a bottle of purell on the counter.

I wonder how long this is going to go on. The media has a lot of incentive to pump out fear porn, and keep people afraid, but too much news and analysis is coming out that's contrary to the panic narrative. It's pretty sad to see how easily people were whipped into a frenzy. I shudder to think about the bullshit they're going to foist onto Americans in response. We'll soon see if people here are really concerned about freedom, or if they're just sheep.

The Creation of Mother Nature

For the past couple of years, I've been working to build a farm, and for many years prior to that I was spending all my time racing bicycles, or training to race bicycles, so I've been outside in snow, rain, mud, snow and blazing heat every day. In the past few years, I've been out in the woods hiking around and observing nature, or digging around in a garden with hands on work and trying to let the patterns I observe just soak into the non-verbal part of my brain.

That understanding is really contrary to the technocrat view of the world we see on display through the spread of the "Covid-19" disease. The top-down central planning world, is a creation and reflection of formal language based systems. They're really alien to Nature.

Nature is benevolent, but she's benevolent to all her creations, including fungi, viruses and bacteria, which is hard for people to understand or to accept, especially in extreme circumstances and conditions. When I was a kid, I had a few different brushes with severe illness where I suffered for days with fevers or sickness. When I was in college, I got a debilitating case of mononucleosis and had to go to the hospital for a couple of days. In recent years, I've had a couple of brushes with death via a car accident and a severe bicycle wreck.

It's hard to accept the necessity of all that mess for our life. We wouldn't be here if there weren't sickness and death and suffering. The consolation for that occasional pain and misery is pleasure, and joy, and experience and life itself. Nature's benevolence is, I believe, not actually purely balanced, like some accountant's book of good versus bad, she appears to be actually as good as possible. She's a cook in a kitchen who made the best of what she had. Without the fungi and microscopic life, there's no plants, and there's no humans, for example.

One brand of religious belief holds that her recipe is flawed in some basic way, and can be completely replaced to match their whims and tastes, but this notion is simply incorrect. The Towers of Babel they inevitably attempt to build, also inevitably fall.

Are we meant to live as animals, though, and not build anything, nor attempt to "improve" on her plan? Of course not. We've got our limited intelligence and capability to arrange things to our benefit. If those plans were more in concord with her ways, I think they'd be less prone to failure and devastating collapse.

US Establishment Docs Become "Just the Flu" Bros

Well, it seems like officialdom in the USA is also dialing down their assessment of the Wu-Flu. From the New England Journal of Medicine (March 26):

If one assumes that the number of asymptomatic or minimally symptomatic cases is several times as high as the number of reported cases, the case fatality rate may be considerably less than 1%. This suggests that the overall clinical consequences of Covid-19 may ultimately be more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza (which has a case fatality rate of approximately 0.1%) or a pandemic influenza (similar to those in 1957 and 1968) rather than a disease similar to SARS or MERS, which have had case fatality rates of 9 to 10% and 36%, respectively.
Oops. Sorry for destroying all your jobs and massively diluting the currency, and crashing your 401(k)'s based on social media fear porn! Never mind the cackling laughter in the background as bankers stack the newly minted cheddar.

Would Be Dictators Pop Up Across 'Merica

For every person cowed by fear of a mystery disease, there's another person who's not. The recommendation of governors and local officials to "shelter in place" (newspeak bullshit) is being ignored. Based on the information I've been able to find about the Wu-flu "epidemic", I think that's the right choice.

Would be dictators, like the mayor of Chicago, are revealing themselves, however. She plans to arrest people for jogging in the sunshine instead of cowering at home, because nothing stops the spread of a "fearsome" disease like putting people in crowded jails. It's time to wreck these mini dictators and their little empires and fiefdoms--it's way past time in the United States for the people to assert their sovereignty and put the government, at all levels, back in check.

As I've written numerous times on my blog, the real United States is all about Jeffersonian Democracy. The apparatchiks, the busy bodies, the soccer moms, and their political allies are not America. It looks like the proponents of the slowly creeping authoritarianism of the past several decades want to institutionalize it over the sniffles, and the time for LARPing about freedom is coming to an end. People will have to beat these little commies down, or accept a gross form of slavery.

A Long Summary of Anti-Hysterical Covid News

Here's a great summary of stats and data and informed opinions about the coronavirus spaz out.

https://swprs.org/a-swiss-doctor-on-covid-19/

Selling the "Diseases Must Be Managed" Trope: Mission Accomplished?

The only constant theme in the Wu-Flu propaganda is that "the spread of the disease should be managed", as if there's some way to manage a disease, or that it's even desirable to do so. The inevitable next step of the technocrats will be to recommend post-911 style "new systems" to "manage" the spread of diseases because they "worked" so well in China.

UK Downgrades Covid-19

I've been following Jon Rappaport's blog for updates on Covid-19/Wu-Flu. He posted a bit of noteworthy news from the UK;

Status of COVID-19
As of 19 March 2020, COVID-19 is no longer considered to be a high consequence infectious diseases (HCID) in the UK.
The 4 nations public health HCID group made an interim recommendation in January 2020 to classify COVID-19 as an HCID. This was based on consideration of the UK HCID criteria about the virus and the disease with information available during the early stages of the outbreak. Now that more is known about COVID-19, the public health bodies in the UK have reviewed the most up to date information about COVID-19 against the UK HCID criteria. They have determined that several features have now changed; in particular, more information is available about mortality rates (low overall), and there is now greater clinical awareness and a specific and sensitive laboratory test, the availability of which continues to increase.
The Advisory Committee on Dangerous Pathogens (ACDP) is also of the opinion that COVID-19 should no longer be classified as an HCID.
The need to have a national, coordinated response remains, but this is being met by the government’s COVID-19 response.

Humans and Viruses Evolved Together Versus "Management" World

One of the tropes of the Coughing 9/11 is that the spread of this virus can be managed. I think there's no real reason to believe that's even a worthy goal. The logic is hospital capacity is limited, so ideally the rate of the spread should be reduced in an attempt to scale it to limited hospital capacity as if that were a fixed system that can't be changed relatively easily.

Countries around the world shut down because there are limited hospital beds and hospital equipment. Another approach would have been to build up that capacity to care for the worst cases, obviously. That would have cost much, much less, however, at least in the USA, medical care is provided by a cartel business.

Humans and viruses evolved together over eons. The immune system of a healthy individual will fight off most infections--the aggregate immune response of entire populations effectively staunches the spread of many diseases. Really deadly diseases generally staunch their own spread by killing off their hosts. The common cold persists because it doesn't.

The idea that the spread of the disease can be managed, especially through technological means, like cell-phone apps and data mining is kind of stupid. Reducing store hours, for example, is possibly counter-productive and shoves people together more than normal. If people had eyes to see pathogens, maybe we could out-evolve them and never be sick again, but we don't, so we won't.

The real problem though, is it might make sense for people to face the danger and let their natural defenses defeat the illness... That might actually produce the best overall outcome. There's really no reason to believe it's better to massively quarantine populations to avoid seasonal illnesses.

Freemason Author Zerohedge Prime Example Article

Watch all the "news" reports providing color about the coronavirus pandemic. They're loaded with 66, 33, 18 (6+6+6) secret handshakes for freemasons yucking it up about this story. Prime example:

https://www.zerohedge.com/health/florida-man-faces-five-years-stealing-66-rolls-toilet-paper

The Two Most Mindfucked People on the Planet

I think the jewish people are the most mindfucked people on the planet. They're reminded daily by their "leaders" that every other group wants to murder them and their children. In reality most people don't care about them, like most people don't care about various other ethnic groups.

The germans in Germany are a close second. Since WW2, they've been completely mindfucked. During WW2 they were mindfucked by Hitler. Prior to WW1 they were shoved into a new artificial country by more mindfucking.

There's a symmetry to the post WW2 mindfucking. These two groups were set at odds by malignant, conniving people before the war, then during the war, and then a constant deluge of propaganda after the war really warped the perception of both peoples.

Event 201

In October 2019, a bunch of technocrat honchos got together to plan what to do in the event of a pandemic---that broke out a few months later. Gee. It was "Event 201"

http://www.centerforhealthsecurity.org/event201/

Here's a blog post with a break down of some of the attendees, etc...

http://www.wrongkindofgreen.org/2020/03/19/the-show-must-go-on-event-201-the-2019-fictional-pandemic-exercise-world-economic-forum-gates-foundation-et-al/

The Coughing 9/11

Quite a few people are connecting the hacked up sputum dots of the Wu-Flu and concluding that some group is working to completely undermine and replace the western financial system, and even the government. It looks like they're going to try to use the pandemic as a cover for their activities the same way the Bush administration used 9/11 to pursue a bunch of disastrous wars.

It looks like they're trying to install a system of complete and total electronic control. In Israel, they were open about it--they want to track people via a smartphone app. I think they want to get people used to this mechanism and its intrusive nature, so they see it as a "positive" thing that "protects" them the same way they said the NSA and PATRIOT act, which Joe Cream-Corn Brain Biden puked up.

They're in the process of completely crashing the economy and the currency system we use. For all intents and purposes, that's already done. A month of 20-30% of people not working at all and having a total collapse of small businesses will probably do that, unfortunately. This system we've got is fragile and fatally flawed.

I think they'll try to usher in a bunch of anti-American, unconstitutional bullshit into "law" along with a bailout package. So people will get paid $3000 for their future freedom. Who are these people? Bill Gates seems like a probable representative of the group. Who knows, really, though. The average congress critter or Senator is a total POS with no allegiance to the actual USA. It's taken a long time to subsume and destroy the United States, but unfortunately, it looks like a fight might be necessary to preserve it.

War Propaganda for Fags

Ohio is supposedly under lockdown---which means?? Absolutely nothing. Maybe every store will be closed now so absolutely all commercial activity, except grocery stores will grind to a halt? The county where I live has 1 reported case out of 90,000+ people... The most populated counties have a handful each. This is yet another "war" on something, like the war on terror. I wonder if people are too placid at this point to even protest this stuff. How long will people put up with this nonsense. I don't think anyone really believes anything the media or any government official says.

The Federal Government is Subverted and Infiltrated

There's no reason governments should be claiming extraordinary totalitarian powers over the Wuhan Flu. In certain regions, it's likely ro spread quickly and overload hospitals and maybe disrupt some activities, but that seems like the extent of the threat. Apparently in Japan, at least, it's already over.

This "crisis" is like 9/11. It's fear driven hysteria that some faction is using to increase the powers of the feds and associated private industry. Who are these people? Well, Barr, the Attorney General of the US is the guy whose father hired Jeffrey Epstein to teach physics even though he had no degree, and now the DOJ is asking congress for the "power" to ignore the US constitution.

Italy Coronavirus Stats

Here's a blog post from Jon Rappaport that reviews the Italian coronavirus stats.

I've seen similar information elsewhere--basically elderly, or chronically sick people are at risk from the Wuhan Flu, just like they're at risk from any other flu.

Now, there's talk of martial law in the United States, and basically suspending the right to a trial and other nonsense based on the hysteria.

Nature Paper on Chloroquine and Coronavirus

This is pretty interesting. We'll see how it pans out.

https://www.nature.com/articles/s41421-020-0156-0

Governments are All Corrupt and Retarded

Across the world, governments come up with draconian solutions to the problem of a fast spreading flu from China.. Instead of building some tent-city hospitals for the infected, serious cases, and streamlining the treatment and care of the sick people, they're attempting to halt the spread of the disease, which is probably impossible.

One of the agenda these vermin wish to enact--I should say their degenerate inbred handlers wish to enact is the electronic gulag. They see that--total control of people through electronic gizmos--basically making your fucking phone into a prisoner's ankle bracelet--as a viable "solution" to this problem, because they've wanted to do that for so long.

The story of that Florida candidate for governor who was caught smoking meth and having a butt sex orgy should spring to mind any time some POS politician--including Trump--gets on stage and recites his lines. We have no way to know who's side those people are on, or what their game is. They're all self-interested at best, or completely corrupt and controlled at worst. Fuck 'em.

Israel--An Electronic Gulag

The most mindfucked and brainwashed people on the planet are about to get shoved into an electronic prison of their "own" leader's making in Israel per Haaretz:

Sadetsy and Moshe Bar Siman Tov, the Health Ministry’s director general, tried to persuade committee members to give the Shin Bet the go-ahead to use “special technological means” to detect where people diagnosed with the disease had been and the people they were exposed to while they were contagious, and to isolate them.

It seems inevitable this is the punchline of the Wuhan Flu. In a non-coincidence the tech China uses will the the technology Israel uses to control its people. I hope our brothers and sisters in Israel don't get sucked into these insane, fear porn propaganda driven schemes. I hope we don't either and hopefully Americans won't have to fight back against such nonsense imposed by corrupt politicians and their inbred handlers.

Nice Breakdown of Current Coronavirus Demographic Stats

From here:

The death toll skews old even more strongly. Overall, China CDC found, 2.3% of confirmed cases died. But the fatality rate was 14.8% in people 80 or older, likely reflecting the presence of other diseases, a weaker immune system, or simply worse overall health. By contrast, the fatality rate was 1.3% in 50-somethings, 0.4% in 40-somethings, and 0.2% in people 10 to 39.

The Chloroquine Cure Narrative

Doctors are using the anti-malaria drug chloroquine, as a remedy for corona-virus. That's an interesting development. If it works, then the "crisis" is already over. It seems like it must be pretty promising if it's already being used by so many physicians. I've sworn off "investing" in the markets, but thought about making a wager yesterday.

The Cult of The Cosmic Mind

The story of Cain and Abel in the Bible is fleshed out in other non-canonical scriptures. Cain is the son of the serpent of the Garden of Eden in some interpretations. There are various esoteric/cult beliefs wrapped up in the tale. The serpent is wisdom in some of those--it's the Promethean figure. Prometheus gave fire to man.

Cain murders his brother, of course, and is cursed. His brother could do no wrong--he followed the natural order. Cain is cursed; he can do no right. I think this notion turns into the idea that "man" has been abandoned by god and is left to remake the world in man's image.

An associated belief is that the universe is composed of mind, or consciousness in some fundamental way. A computer can, in that school of thought, partake of consciousness and become a microcosm of the Universe. The toil of thousands of men and women has gone into building computers and software to try to make this happen.

These cult beliefs are pervasive.

Orders from Politicians

The governor of California "ordered" Californians to "stay inside".... then he probably left his press conference, smoked meth, and got plowed in the ass by some dudes like that Florida politician.

I wonder if people are going to roll with heavy demands from corrupt governments, or if things are going to start to unravel pretty soon.

"Scary Clown" Sightings and Coronavirus

A few years ago--I think during the 2016 election season--there were several scary clown sightings all over the United States. It's possible many of those were spontaneous, but maybe some of them were staged by professionals and were meant to test how fearmongering rumors spread on the Internet and social media so models for propaganda could be generated.

It's possible the hysteria around this disease is similarly engineered. I spent some time yesterday reading an italian medical journal paper on the outcomes of the disease and demographics, and it seemed like the worst outcomes were associated with old age, and prior cardiovascular medical conditions. However, that paper could be propaganda too.

I think the virus is "real", but the hysteria associated with it is engineered, and quite a lot of that hysteria is coming from alt-media sources who are trying to cash in on click bait. There's still not a lot of first hand info available through reliable channels, but there might be in the days ahead.

One positive thing that's happening is businesses are coming up with modulated policies, like "senior shopping hours", so people who believe they're at risk for the disease can be isolated from the general public. Those measures seem sensible. If this is a new strain of the flu, eventually everyone will get it--maybe over the course of a few years--like any other strain of the flu. It probably makes sense to have "senior hours" during the flu season.

If that approach works or becomes more widespread, it could be possible to avert a total economic collapse and melt down. I'd abandon the "they're going to implode the economy" theory.

Another Panic To "Bailout" The System

After 2008, I didn't think the bankers would try again to rip off the United States, at least any time soon, but here we are again not very many years later. They're going to try to get another TARP-like, even bigger, giveaway to the bankers and corporate heads. We're heading into some really turbulent, maybe violent times.

Elon Musk--The Doubting Thomas of the Pandemic Drama?

Some  celebrities and athletes have contracted the coronavirus. Those stories seem implausible. The very low rate of infection as of now, coupled with tiny number of celebrities in the general population means it's pretty unlikely any of them would be infected, let alone several. Even if their way of life made them 10x more likely to get infected than average, the odds of any of them getting the disease would still be tiny.

I think Elon Musk is the Doubting Thomas of the pandemic drama. He's publicly laughing it up about how unlikely his employees are to get sick. If he were a real engineer, not an actor playing a scripted role, he'd take a math-based approach to the spread of the disease. Since the spread is exponential, the probability of getting sick increases with time, and obviously, and with crowd density. Since those data aren't really available in the US, a prudent man would err on the side of caution.

My guess is he's one of the actors in the drama, and he'll get sick, then provide first hand testimony of his "experience".

Automation 2.0--Automating You

My life is contemporaneous with the development and ubiquitous adoption of microprocessors. I was born in the early 70's. I've been programming and working with computers since I was a kid. A good chunk of my "career" was spent automating systems. The previous generation of that engineering part of the workforce had already automated many key elements of the economy.

We're in a new era where managers think they can "automate" people's lives, that is, monitor people and punish or reward behaviors through a game-like system. The "they" have been trying to come up with ways to shove everyone into this system. Some of it is "voluntary"; poor people, or very cheap people, for example, can completely surrender their privacy to car insurance companies to get "lower rates"--although I'm sure like every similar scam, the rates seem low initially, then creep up over a couple of years so they're no longer competitive. Similarly, if you then make a claim against your insurance, the company finances any payout, and your premiums go up so you pay for the damage many times over.

Unfortunately, I think the coronavirus is going to be exploited to shove more people into these shitty systems. It will start with things that seem reasonable, like monitoring people for fevers during an epidemic... however a lot of that stuff will just hang around afterward and chew up more private life, making people into employees of some invisible, all pervasive corporation.

The New Financial System?

I think the coronavirus is a real thing. I think it is relatively dangerous. It's possible it was developed in a lab and released on purpose. What's the purpose? I think it's an alternative to a war that's meant to impose a new system on the world, because there's no way to have a war like that any more without destroying everything in a nuclear exchange.

The current debt based financial system is going to completely implode. Everyone will beg for a new system that's ready to go already--what's that system? A credit based system where money is fake tokens that come from nowhere.

In a lot of ways, we're already in that system, but there are a shit load of people in debt. Governments are debt. Corporations are in debt. They have to service that debt every month to "pay for" money that comes from nowhere anyway.

If this system completely craters so no debt based credit is available anymore, it'd be an ideal opportunity to pop a new system into place where the pretense of debt is discarded.

If money comes from nowhere, why wouldn't people just go ape shit and buy, buy, buy anything they want? Because the system will be controlled and regulated by---a social credit score. The system will be completely managed and controlled, but it will seem "free".

End of the Current System; Next Phase?

The coronavirus is nuking the potemkin village "markets". It's a little like the 2008 financial crisis: stock markets would decline rapidly, then there would be a day long burst of buying driven by promises of free money.

The current scenario seems more severe. The system is totally fake, in that it's entirely manmade, and is rigged in every conceivable way to keep a small group of people "in power". All the contractual relationships can be manipulated in any way necessary on behalf of the bankers, while the peons have few such protections. They're getting closer and closer to a full-on force majeure system reboot, which will probably result in major pain for the average person in the USA, all to protect some balance sheet digits of some cretins.

Many commenters have pointed at the collapse of the USSR as the model for the United States; A more likely model is the collapse of the British Empire, which was a slow mo sequence of financial events. The "federal" reserve is in the process of devaluing the dollar against the stock market, which is really what our whole stupid system is about. Elon Musk and Tesla are the poster children of this system--a PR cult supports a rickety business that's got a tower of babel high price attached to it because it's leader has some murky genetic connection to ????

Anyway, it seems like this system is coming to an end. Unfortunately, whatever new system is waiting in the wings to replace it will probably be significantly worse for the average person in the United States and the western world. So if this current shitty empire collapses because of a shift in alliances among the inbred, insane, child fucking oligarchs who sell out their nations at every opportunity, we'll see if the western people just accept the butt fucking, or if they'll fight.

It might be "go" time relatively soon, which is really pretty hard to believe. In a few months, most of us might not be doing anything remotely like we're doing today.

Small Town Ohio and Coronavirus

We went out to dinner last night and the restaurant was close to deserted. Some of the other restaurants in my town have switched to take-out only. There's no confirmed cases in our county, yet, but adjacent counties have a handful, so it's pretty likely that it will land here relatively soon.

Ohio's government took action to try to slow the rate of transmission relatively quickly. Schools closed, and many public events have been cancelled, so it's possible that the health care system won't be overwhelmed in about a month and maybe the end of the flu season and warmer weather will cause all this to blow over without much trauma.

The grocery store shelves weren't totally emptied out here. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that the selection of canned soups was starting to dwindle, so probably many people started stock-piling goods well ahead of time. In the recent days, though, there's more items missing. It's pretty interesting to see what people are buying strategically--oatmeal, gatorade, canned goods are some obvious things to stockpile, but more esoteric "survival food" stuff is still plentiful--things like sugar and fat/oil laden food are still there, like chocolate. I think the supply chain will probably catch up to the demand pretty quickly--actually the opposite problem will probably arise, people now have a huge stock of stuff to eat, so they won't be buying much for a month or two.

The videos of people chimping out in larger cities are pretty common on YouTube, but those scenes are probably rare IRL. The videos of normal people waiting in huge lines in cities are common though.

The globalist faction vision of the future--people living in giant cities where everything is controlled by computers is just not going to happen. If it does happen, it won't last very long.

The long term past of humanity is probably the pattern of settlement that makes the most sense from a resiliency point-of-view. The super dense, centrally controlled population is the most vulnerable to disasters. Small, self-sufficient, mobile groups are far less vulnerable to disasters.

The "civilization tool kit" of man from ancient times through the bronze age and into the classical world was pretty small and portable and easy to recreate. Once it got relatively more complex, like the sewers and water supply of Roman cities, and it came under pressure, it failed.

Even in modern times, like in 1800 Ohio, it was possible to replicate it from raw materials available in the local environment. However, today, the civilization tool kit includes items that are very hard to replicate and that require a steady supply of energy, like integrated circuits and microcontrollers/processors. If a sizable fraction of the scientists and engineers who work at just a handful of companies were killed, or just a handful of buildings around the world were destroyed there would be no new CPUs for several years at best.

Today most people serve the system and completely trust it. A tiny fraction are preppers or system skeptics and have one foot in a different, more primitive world, and one foot in the modern world.

WuFlu Exposing Our Stupid System

The Wuhan Flu is amplifying how dumb the "western" world system is.

Most western countries reoriented their economy around financial markets in the past few decades--really the whole time I've been in the work force, the United States economy has been shipping jobs, and outsourcing production to far flung corners of the world to exploit lax regulatory environments and low wage workers. I worked with people who's job was to (reluctantly) dismantle local production lines and ship them abroad to save a little bit on labor costs. This dumb strategy was underwritten by the financial system and by federal government policies. The 90's era GOP and Democrats are really the architects of this system in the United States today.

A second dumb thing that the United States did over the past few decades that's hand in glove with financialization is pushing mothers and fathers into the work force, which makes families less resilient and also undermines stable, multi-generational households. Since the corporations became the main, all-powerful institutions in the United States, they started shaping the family for their ends through propaganda and through policy. Families played into that by accepting the concepts of financialization. Even "successful" families with a sound home life and economic stability have been atomized and split up by these schemes.

The system concentrated "wealth" through creation of a national, and even international market for investment. People plowed all their extra earnings into the markets, rather than into their own community or even their own family. Through several stock market busts, that paper wealth evaporated into smoke.

A simple solution is to just flip priorities around; It's so obvious it's hardly worth outlining it.

People can decentralize the economy by simply not investing in the New York city paper markets. A change in assessment of the worthiness of investment is probably harder to accomplish. The concept of "ROI" is pretty easily manipulated, but improving quality of life for families is not. Many aspects of the system that promote and protect it are harder nuts to crack--like legal protections for corporations and enshrining monopolies and oligopolies in law.

Anyway, I think the tide has already turned against the financialized/globalized system. In a lot of ways the Internet undermines it as much as it promotes institutions like Amazon or Google. The next decade or two is going to be really interesting.

Drooling Joe Biden -- The Perfect Candidate

The collapsed of the RINO/DINO party is pretty interesting; it probably corresponds with a collapse of this system too. A similar thing happened when Woodrow Wilson was elected. He cemented the control of foreign oligarchs over the financial system of the United States and the system that existed previously became but a memory. It's interesting that Teddy Roosevelt was instrumental in his election, and that Roosevelt was probably the first PR creation, cult of personality president.

Anyway, dementia addled Joe Biden is the guy who puked up the PATRIOT act from his handlers, and seems likely he's been bribed and blackmailed in every conceivable way for years. He's been a career shill for the bankers and corporations, but puts on an Archie Bunker act, like Trump. He'll be the perfect candidate for them when he's drooling in a wheelchair and lacks any independent will or ideas.

Insolvent Pension Funds and Financialization Failure

At the end of WW2, the United States economic system was basically organized so working families could make a living, but after the 1970s and 80s it was reorganized for corporations and banks. There's a well publicized chart of the growth of "productivity", i.e. units of GDP per hour of work, and the stagnation of hourly wages from the early 70's through today. There's a corresponding rise of stock indices--and a decline of interest rates to 0%.

The "booming" stock market should be fueling pension funds, but across the country they're insolvent and won't be able to pay their obligations. So where did all the extra productivity go? Did it all go to corporate executives? It's hard to find any studies of the cost of the system itself--it's a perpetual skimming and siphoning operation that's been sucking wealth out of the whole country for a few decades and piling it up in a handful of coastal neighborhoods in overpriced real estate and fancy digs.

The bust pension funds recipients seemingly have their interests aligned with the people who fucked their nation over. They need high stock market returns to receive a monthly stipend. Their interests are aligned against their peers' children and their own people. It's a pretty interesting situation.

The other interesting thing is the corporations and banks are also obsolete because of the internet and automation.

"33" Solar/Lunar Calendar Phase Alignment

One of the meanings of the superstition around the number "33" is that it represents the number of years it takes for the lunar and solar calendars to "line up" in phase. In 33 years, the shorter lunar calendar (354 days) eventually falls into sync with the solar calendar. Why anyone really cares about that is a true mystery.

Wuhan Flu Lands in Ohio

There were three positive cases in Cuyahoga county (Cleveland area), which is not too far from here, and is the place where most suburbanites go to work. Two picked it up on a Nile cruise. (I wonder if the cruise industry will just die off in the next few years.)

One of the infected was an attendee at the AIPAC conference. If that person wasn't one of the two people reported positive recently, the disease is really contagious and it's pretty likely a bunch of Israel-lobby-owned people in the congress are infected too. The person is an employee of the Jewish Education center, so has been spreading the Wu Flu around Cleveland Heights since around March 3rd. It seems pretty likely that other people from Cleveland who attended that conference were infected too, so the Beachwood and Cleveland Heights area might turn into the local Wuhan, which sucks. Hopefully they lucked out and didn't get the disease.

So that's that. I'm going to work from home for the foreseeable future. It'd be a nightmare to get stuck in a quarantine zone if that came to pass, or to get stuck in the office, god forbid.

We'll soon find out if the disease spreads here like it did in China and other countries. The population density here is much lower. Not many people use public transportation and communities are pretty clean and most grocery stores and restaurants are tidy and sanitary. So if you factor in new paranoia about disease and people washing their hands and coughing into their elbow, maybe there's a chance that the warmer weather just wipes it out.

The Fake Markets Really Crashing?

The main theme on my blog is that nature and reality don't have anything in common with the plans and schemes of man, especially the current iteration of man--the modern man--modern man and his scientific rationalism and the belief in mind and math being the underlying operating system of the cosmos. This belief has slowly been percolating into the minutiae of day-to-day economic life through financialization, and ever more invasive management of people's routine.

This trend might be coming to a screeching halt, though. We might be at the Wizard of Oz reveal moment the alt media has been preaching about for 12 fucking years. We might soon see the scam of printing money and trying to manage and control the economy via banker manipulations doesn't produce anything--it just moves little graphs on the computer screens--and all of a sudden those graphs can be rendered meaningless.

Hopefully people will realize, en masse, that it's all a scam and if it burns to the ground, they'll piss on the ashes instead of plea for the bankers to conjure up another scam. The "Fed" might lost control of the markets for several weeks or months to come. The big house of cards might all come crashing down at last.

The Slowly Unfolding Disaster of the Clinton and Bush Years

I was in college when the Berlin Wall came down and the Soviet Union collapsed. Before the dissolution of the USSR, we had a former apparatchik of the old USSR come and give a talk at our school about how the USSR was about to fall apart completely. Nobody believed him, but a few months later, there it was.

The USA had a fatal flaw, too. The politicians and people directing the nation had no plans for a post cold war world, nor any way to help unlock the potential of the people who had been trapped behind the iron curtain for decades of wasted time. Why? Because they're just grasping, greedy psychopaths. Rather than unlock the human potential of all the dollars wasted on cold war nonsense, they sought to work over the Russians and steal all their resources. They also sought to engage the US in more Empire wars after the fraud of 9/11. They also helped consolidate all US industries and businesses in a new gilded, really "paper scam" age.

They really lacked the capacity to do either task. They got booted out of Russia. Then they set out to squander US resources on endless, pointless wars that were really bad ideas based on flawed premises. The neocons and neolib boomers failed at all their scams and schemes. It's too bad so many people got sucked into their ploys and they weren't recognized early on for the frauds they were.

Not only is it too bad, but the failed scams and schemes of the vermin neocons are going to weigh on generations of Americans, at the minimum, as a financial burden to the fucking bankers, and as a huge lost opportunity, but as a probable cause of financial dislocation and a failure of this current "economic" system.

Will "The System" Take Care of You?

People in the United States have a cultural memory of < 1 minute. The stock market crashes repeatedly, and every few generations, the financial system completely implodes. We might witness that yet again. After decades of consolidation of banks and corporations, the financial system is every bit as wobbly and unstable as it ever was. However when it falls apart, like in 2008, the people who redesign it, or devise a plan to restart it will be the very scammers and schemers that crashed it in the first place.

The notion that those people are the stewards of the "wealth" of millions of people is preposterous, yet it is the case. Millions of people pour all of their extra earnings into the "markets". It might all get wiped away for the third time in just my lifetime, yet when the dust clears, people will do it all again.

America First versus Britain and International Bankers

The United States got into Imperialism and overseas interventionism around the turn of the 20th century. I think the assassination of McKinley, and the Presidency of Teddy Roosevelt is a good arbitrary start date for that transition. Since the United States started off as anti-imperial, and was based on the idea that the government's main role was to protect the rights of individuals, it took a lot of propaganda, false flags and brainwashing to drag the country into the Empire and into a military alliance with the British in WWI and WWII.

If you read local newspaper coverage of WWI, for example, it is neutral through most of the old-world political nonsense and madness of the early years of the war. So when WWII rolled around that sentiment was maybe even stronger.

Charles Lindbergh was one of the leading proponents of the "America First", which viewed WWII as a war to bail out the British Empire and also as an endeavor aimed at the wrong enemy--Germany instead of the Soviet Union. He was a world famous figure at that time due to his transatlantic flight in 1927, of course. The nexus of people involved in the America First movement is pretty interesting in retrospect--the Kennedy family, Gerald Ford, and a number of others who were prominent actors or politicians. The assassinations of the Kennedy family members over the years probably indicate a long standing feud between their faction and some shadowy group of mafiosi.

Another interesting element of those people is their home base was the heartland of the United States--places like Chicago and St Louis. In those early decades of the 20th century, what's now the rust belt was booming and generating fortunes.

The pre-WWII era in the United States is just about forgotten in a tornado of propaganda and pop-culture created to wipe its memory out. For example, in the retrospective memory of people, Great Britain is cast as a poor, helpless foundling who needed the might of the United States to bail it out. In fact, it was a world spanning Empire.

The ultimate irony is life is being breathed into that forgotten history today by the grandchildren and great grandchildren of the people who hate "America First" so much. It's too obvious they're just another faction with its own malignant agenda.

So Much for the "left"

Sanders flamed out on "super Tuesday". The states he won are the farthest "left" in the US, which is apparently a small percentage of the overall population. The default candidate, Biden, represents the corporate socialism of the establishment. The RINO/DINO corporotacracy party is a bunch of 70+ year old corrupt associates of aged coastal oligarchs.

The people like Cortez and Bernie represent the fringe idealism of the blue party the same way Ron Paul and libertarians represent the fringe idealism of the red party. It will be interesting to see if all the energy and the hype machine drops Cortez and company the same way the tea party fell off the radar.

The Human Origin Story Doesn't Matter

Back in the 80's, the "Out of Africa" explanation for human origins was heavily promoted. It was a counter narrative to various older explanations of human origins like the bible origin stories of the Nephilim, the flood and Noah. The Out of Africa story contends in 50,000 years give or take a 10's of thousands, humans spread across the globe and transformed from black africans into all the races.

Another theory is basically the opposite of the out of africa theory, which is really a version of the nephilim story, that some ancient race of humans dispersed around the globe and intermixed with local hominids like neanderthals or the denisovans.

It's interesting that humanity has no memory of its ancient past. One of the main, persistent reasons is politics severely distorts history to the point that it's totally detached from anything that really happened. Even recent history, just going back a few decades is wildly distorted. The historical accounts of the classical world are probably almost totally useless, and that was "recent" compared to the ice ages.

Nature muddles through. Human beings and civilization really do the same. It's actually counter-intuitive and odd that we even have a concept of doing something different and that, and there's somehow an ideal we're falling short of. It seems like that's the source of lies and distortion--it's Pandora's box.
