I have some relatives who work in "soft skill" businesses like journalism or PR. That monkey-grooming behavior goes on all the time in their workplace. They buy each other birthday presents and that kind of thing. I've been working in tech and industry since the 90s. Nobody I ever worked with knew my birthday and vice versa. I never bought a present for a boss. I didn't have to. It never crossed anybody's mind because we were actually making and doing things.
To stay in the Epstein club, senior government official monkeys would give Jeff some insider trading tips so they could go hang out on the island, I guess, get wasted and have sex with underage girls or boys mainly kidnapped from Eastern Europe. In other cases super rich people apparently ask for the most banal advice on dating and that kind of nonsense to prove they were chums.
This pattern of "club" behavior is pervasive. For example, the "official" critics of Epstein are just in different clubs, where maybe they're not total degenerates sexually, but their "authority" to comment comes from their membership and club credentials, rather than their person, individual skills or their own thoughts--in fact they really don't have any of their own thoughts. This wikipedia banner ad evidences how these creatures really think:
The members of the club who are somehow associated with the wikipedia want the quaint outsiders of "the world" to present their "cute" folklore and fancy costumes to the club, who will curate, collect and display it, and most importantly "acknowledge" it. When I used to listen to NPR years ago, I noticed that theme was common. Essentially an emissary of the western club would go out and collect "native" culture, like some guy would play a pipe flute or sing to a drum or whatever. For some reason it would be presented as significant to American dudes in Ohio or Michigan.
Anyway, the clubs have that inside/outside pattern and the membership views its thinking job as assembling info to present to the "inside" rather than an independent quest for truth. In fact, those who do have some independent skill or self-developed knowledge can get co-opted by these clubs and turned into a mascot or totem for the dumb grooming-monkey type. That seemed to be one of Epstein's main occupations. He would seek out and promote public intellectual types who were often all-too-happy to get attention.
This brings me to what the Olympics really is for. The club basically claims "ownership" of the athletes and their skill. The abilities of the athletes lends legitimacy to the club. This happens with other professional sports as well, but the Olympic games is a big monopolistic co-opting orgy. The "jet set" cliques of the world all get together and party while some highly trained athletes entertain them. The banal hubris of the club members gets legitimized by proxy.
Anyway, I think when civilization persists for a long time, it utterly rots out. The current iteration of "the west" is the british/jewish globalist/jet-set club. Everything is a corporation. It's all setup to allow Epstein type people to replace the public's equity and ownership of literally everything with money tokens and to force participation in a game that benefits people like Epstein and his "friends".
